I Love to cook great food. Beginning to start a new section on my website for food. I’m a Foodie. I confess. It is a great passion of mine. From the smiles and requests I think I’m good at it.
I smoked some shark in October after going deep sea fishing with my father in Galveston, TX. The ocean was good to me.
My slow mesquite smoked ribs are great. I’ve discovered a
ingredient that makes my sauce unique. This isn’t Texas style BBQ sauce. This is my own special sauce unlike any other.
My brother wouldn’t watch the fire for me so I had to use something I had. My buddy had just returned from a trip to South America with some seasons for me. I created some greatness out of necessity.
I take pride in my cooking. I smoke meat up to 24hrs without sleeping. I make everything from scratch and grow my own herbs.
Next year I’m going hunting so expect deer chili, quail skewers, and hog carnitas.
